Ansh Birthday Tree Pvt. Ltd. is a Private Limited Company who wants to earn profit by promoting employment by getting maximum number of people on earth to plant trees on their birthday.
Ansh Birthday Tree Pvt. Ltd. Issues a certificate on planting trees which can be seen in your Tree ID Account created on the website. Your planted trees will be planted on private and public lands and trees are planted only after obtaining permission (oral / written) from the landowner (private / public) before planting trees. We will do our best to keep the trees alive. However, for trees dying of natural causes and illegally felled or destroyed by grazing, Ansh Birthday Tree Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held responsible.
You will not be the owner of the tree which will be planted by you. The owner of that tree will be the landowner and we do not arrange any kind of site visit. However, after planting the tree, where has that tree been planted, we will update it in your Tree ID Account created on the website, which you can go and see yourself.
Which tree will be planted and where it will be planted will be decided by Ansh Birthday Tree Private Limited only.
On receipt of the Tree Order an SMS will be sent to inform you the Tree ID.
After Tree Plantation, the video of tree will be uploaded and then the user will be able to see the tree status.
Please keep the Tree Id with you, we will send you another message as soon as we plant the tree for you, and then only you will be able to search the tree with this Tree Id or your mobile number.
Refund And Cancelation Policy
Planting a tree is a multistep process, that starts with selecting a heathy plant and location, hence whenever any user places the order (for tree plantation) on our website, we immediately start the tree plantation process, and hence Ansh Birthday Tree Pvt. Ltd does not provide any facility of refund and cancelation of the order, once the order is placed.
